Welcome to Inspire Education ("we", "us", "our", or "the Consultancy"). By accessing or utilizing our website (https://www.inspireedu.in), attending counseling appointments at our office (Office 437, J9 High Street, Vesu, Surat), enrolling in classroom or online coaching (IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, Languages), or retaining our study abroad and immigration advisory services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and disclaimers set forth herein.

1. Scope of Advisory & Consulting Mandate

Inspire Education acts strictly in a professional advisory, documentation structuring, profile assessment, and educational placement facilitation capacity. Our service offerings span over 30 countries and multi-jurisdictional migration streams, including:

  • Comprehensive Global Higher Education Placement: Profiling, institution shortlisting, scholarship advisory, and application filings for accredited universities, colleges, and polytechnics across:
    • North America: United States of America (USA) and Canada.
    • United Kingdom & Ireland: United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland.
    • Continental Europe & Schengen Area: Germany, France, Netherlands, Malta, Denmark, Georgia, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic (Czechia), Hungary, Latvia, Greece, Portugal, and Cyprus.
    • Middle East & Western Asia: United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).
    • Asia-Pacific & Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and Malaysia.
  • Permanent Residency (PR) & Skilled Migration: Legal procedural guidance, CRS/points evaluation, and documentation structuring for:
    • Canada: Express Entry (Federal Skilled Worker - FSWP, Canadian Experience Class - CEC, Federal Skilled Trades - FSTP), Provincial Nominee Programs (OINP, BCPNP, AAIP, SINP, MPNP, NSNP, NBPNP), and the Canada Start-Up Visa (SUV).
    • Australia: General Skilled Migration (Subclass 189 Skilled Independent, Subclass 190 Skilled Nominated, Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional), Employer Nomination (Subclass 186 ENS), and Temporary Skill Shortage (Subclass 482 TSS).
    • New Zealand: Skilled Migrant Category (SMC 6-Point System), Green List Straight to Residence, Work to Residence, and Accredited Employer pathways.
  • International Work Visas & Global Permits: Employer-sponsored, skilled, and post-study employment authorizations across the UK (Skilled Worker & Health/Care), Germany (Opportunity Card / Chancenkarte & EU Blue Card), New Zealand (AEWV), Greece (Employer Work Visa), European Union (Poland, Malta, Czechia, Austria, Netherlands), UAE / Dubai (2-Year Employment Visas & Green Residence), Singapore (Employment Pass COMPASS & S Pass), and Fiji (Accredited Employer Work Permits).
  • Residency by Investment & Golden Visas: Advisory on sovereign capital, real estate, and enterprise residency programs in Greece, Latvia, Malta (MPRP & Global Residence), Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Panama (Friendly Nations / Qualified Investor), and the United Arab Emirates (10-Year Golden Visa).
  • Visitor, Business & Dependent Visas: Tourist, family visitation, and business delegation dossiers for USA (B1/B2), Canada (Visitor & Super Visa), UK (Standard Visitor), Schengen Area (Type-C short-stay for 29 European countries), Australia (Subclass 600), New Zealand, Dubai, Japan, and Singapore; alongside Spouse Open Work Permits (Canada SOWP, Australia Subclass 500/485 dependent, UK & NZ partner visas).
  • Guiding the drafting, proofreading, and structuring of Statements of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Explanation (LOE), Genuine Student (GS) submissions, Letters of Recommendation (LOR), CV/Resumes, and scholarship essays.
  • Conducting consular mock interviews, biometric appointment scheduling, pre-departure briefings, foreign currency forex facilitation, and travel desk coordination.

Inspire Education does not, cannot, and will never guarantee a student visa, permanent residency grant, work permit, or university acceptance. Any third-party promise or claim of guaranteed foreign visas is fraudulent and strictly contrary to our corporate code of ethics.

2. Client Obligations & Document Authenticity

The success of your educational admissions and legal visa filings depends upon the absolute accuracy of information provided. By engaging our services, clients and students warrant that:

  • Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Documentation: All submitted academic transcripts, degree certificates, scorecards, work experience letters, salary slips, and financial statements are 100% authentic, verifiable, and legally obtained.
  • Immediate Termination for Misrepresentation: If any client submits forged, altered, fake, or fraudulent documents, Inspire Education reserves the immediate right to terminate representation without notice, revoke ongoing applications, and forfeit all fees paid. We accept zero legal liability for misrepresentations made by applicants.
  • Truthful Visa History Disclosure: Applicants must fully and truthfully disclose all prior foreign visa refusals, deportations, police complaints, criminal records, or medical conditions. Concealing prior visa refusals constitutes grounds for immediate refusal and long-term entry bans by foreign governments.
  • Compliance with Deadlines: Clients are solely responsible for providing required documentation, attending biometric slots, undergoing mandatory medical examinations, and paying university application fees prior to stated deadlines.

3. Test Preparation Academy Policies

Students enrolled in our certified test preparation coaching (IELTS Academic/General, PTE Academic/Core, CELPIP, TOEFL iBT, GRE, GMAT Focus, Digital SAT, dMAT) and language courses (French DELF/TEF, German Goethe, Japanese JLPT, Spoken English) agree to the following institutional standards:

  • Batch Attendance & Discipline: Students must maintain minimum 80% attendance to maximize learning outcomes and qualify for simulated full-length mock examinations. Mutual respect and decorum must be maintained toward trainers, laboratory coordinators, and fellow students.
  • Proprietary Study Materials: All physical study handouts, digital strategy guides, proprietary templates, and software credentials provided by Inspire Education are copyrighted materials intended strictly for enrolled students' personal use. Unauthorized duplication, scanning, or distribution is prohibited.
  • Batch Rescheduling & Validity: Requests for batch timings change, leave of absence, or enrollment freezing must be submitted in writing to the academic administrator. Coaching enrollments remain valid for the contracted duration from the date of commencement.

4. Financial Terms, Third-Party Costs & Refunds

Inspire Education maintains transparent, honest accounting principles across all consulting engagements:

  • Consulting & Coaching Fees: All service charges, registration dues, and coaching fees are clearly stipulated in client enrollment agreements before commencement. Invoices are issued against verified payment receipts.
  • Independent Third-Party Fees: University application fees, foreign tuition deposits, government visa application charges, embassy biometric fees, health surcharges (e.g., UK NHS IHS), credential evaluation fees (WES, ACS), and courier costs are payable directly to the respective institutional bodies or foreign consulates and are non-refundable.
  • Refund Guidelines: Consulting and coaching fee refund requests are governed strictly by the written terms of your individual Service Contract. Fees for completed counseling sessions, submitted university applications, and consumed classroom hours are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Force Majeure & Sovereign Policy Alterations

Inspire Education shall not be deemed in breach of agreement or held liable for delays, cancellations, application rejections, or immigration disruptions resulting from:

  • Unannounced sovereign policy changes, intake quotas, post-study work visa rule alterations, or financial threshold revisions introduced by foreign governments or embassies.
  • Natural disasters, geopolitical conflicts, pandemics, border closures, diplomatic expulsions, or embassy industrial strikes.
  • Unexpected server outages, technical glitches, or maintenance shutdowns on sovereign immigration and visa booking portals (e.g., US CEAC/CGI Federal, IRCC Canada, UKVI, DHA ImmiAccount Australia, INZ Online New Zealand, VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International, Studielink Netherlands, Campus France, Uni-Assist / APS Germany, GDRFA Dubai, ICP UAE, and ICA Singapore).

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

The trademark, trade name, logo, website layout, copywriting, graphics, and video presentations of Inspire Education are the exclusive intellectual property of Inspire Education, established in 2014. No portion of this website or our advisory collateral may be harvested, copied, scraped, framed, or repurposed for commercial use without express written consent.

7. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, alongside any counseling service agreements entered into with Inspire Education, are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any irreconcilable dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our advisory services, the parties submit to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent civil and consumer courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

No ethical consultancy can guarantee visa approvals or university admissions. Inspire Education provides comprehensive counseling, profile evaluation, university shortlisting, SOP/LOR drafting, and rigorous embassy mock interview coaching. The sovereign authority to issue visas and admission letters rests solely with foreign embassy/consular immigration officers and university admissions committees.

Professional consulting and coaching fees cover dedicated counseling hours, university application processing, document review, and mock interview training, and are non-refundable once documentation and filing have commenced. In the event of a visa refusal, university tuition fee deposits are refunded directly by universities per their international student policies, and Inspire Education provides complimentary CAIPS/GCMS note analysis and free re-application guidance for eligible profiles.

Yes. Students enrolled in IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, or language courses may request a batch timing transfer (between morning and evening cohorts) or a temporary pause due to academic exams or medical emergencies by notifying the academic coordinator in writing at our Vesu center, subject to batch availability.

Clients and students bear 100% legal responsibility for the validity and authenticity of all submitted academic transcripts, degree certificates, experience letters, and financial affidavits. Submitting fraudulent, forged, or manipulated documentation is strictly prohibited by law, leads to immediate termination of services without refund, and may be reported to appropriate regulatory bodies.

No. Official application fees charged by foreign universities, standardized exam fees (payable to IDP, ETS, Pearson, GMAC), visa application processing fees, VFS biometric appointments, medical examinations, courier costs, and police verification fees are third-party statutory fees payable directly by the applicant or sponsor to the respective authorities.

Students attending classroom lectures, computer lab mock tests, or library study spaces at our Vesu campus are expected to maintain professional conduct, mutual respect, and punctual attendance. Harassment, disruption of classes, or unauthorized reproduction and recording of proprietary study material is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

All service contracts, consulting agreements, and terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising between clients and Inspire Education are subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat.
